Publications

One of my strengths is I love reading papers and also writing articles, my first paper was published in 2019 on the project Convolutional Neural Network for predicting Paddy Diseases, later in 2020 another paper that was related to COVID cases analysis then during my internship period I worked on SAM adapter dealing with histopathology images we published a paper within 4 months by dedicated hard work and at present I'm working on two articles one is related to concept Normalization and another was Creteria to Query.

Projects

1

Investigating Chromatin substance using DL

Chromatin is the substance that is present within the cell nucleus, our major goal is to identify the center position of the chromatin so that we can analysis how much far the chromatin is spreading.

2

Techniques for Improving  Concepts Normalization

Concept Normalization is still very challenging task, we employed a semantic search for retrieving of concepts .We used NVIDIA'S cambridgeltl/SapBERT-from-PubMedBERT-fulltext model .

3

Identify the names of our Ancestors present in Old Family Pictures

Our project main goal is to display names of people in family photos. We used GAN to extend our family related dataset. We employed CNN along with face recognition package.

Posts and Articles

I love learning new technologies, my entire life was changed by three things one pursuing a master's program, second getting an internship at the CIA Lab and third attending NVIDIA's GTC conference, below I'm attaching my motivational pictures.
